Got my Home Improvement hat kickin lately. Put in a new faucet, cleared a drain, and reversed the dryer door. I feel like a real homeowner, instead of someone who isn't even paying rent. Regardless, things are shaping up. The number of empty boxes is approaching the number of full boxes. Still haven't gotten to the point where I can relax and take a breath and chill and maybe read a book. That time will hopefully come before I retire.

OK, I'm back. So, one of my friends who has made a big difference in my life once told me that one of the ways he reminded himself he was alive was to write N number of words about his life each day. I'm going to subscribe to that notion, and hopefully some of you will come along for the ride. Life has been hectic. I have just moved in with the in-laws for a three-year tour, a three-year tour. This week has been one of unpacking, errands, and general stress. Company X has been keeping my busy, and everything else has been stressful as well. Still not talking to Dad, and Mom is doing well. Sisters and Brother are hanging in there.
That's it for now. More tomorrow.
